Tour and Trade Missions
Northlands would like to congratulate Paul Lucas, Director of Agriculture on being elected to the board of directors for the Royal Agricultural Society of the Commonwealth. Paul will sit as a trustee for a three year term.
Carriann Johnson, Agriculture Event Coordinator at Northlands travelled to Australia for 3 months in the Winter of 2009, on a work exchange with the Royal Agricultural Society of New South Wales. During her time there, she worked in the Cattle Section for the Sydney Royal Easter Show, attended the Royal Canberra Show, Beef Australia and toured properties throughout New South Wales.
In June of 2007 Northlands sent a delegation to the Royal Highland Show in Edinburgh, Scotland where they met Scottish livestock breeders and stakeholders.
