Regenerative Ag is the Biggest Opportunity Since the Tractor
Michael Thiele
Michael grew up on a mixed farm and studied Plant Science at the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Agriculture. Instead of returning directly to farming, he spent over 30 years exploring the deeper connections in food production—starting with soil. Today, he works with producers through Understanding Ag, helping them develop regenerative agriculture plans that rebuild degraded soils and restore farm profitability.
In his session, Soil Health – Working With Nature, Michael will explain the ecological principles of soil and share real-world examples of how healthy soil can transform pastures and crops. Discover the measurable benefits of working in harmony with nature, rather than battling against it.
